From Software has shared the exciting news that “Elden Ring” has surpassed 30 million copies sold worldwide since its debut in 2022. This achievement places it alongside iconic titles like “Borderlands 2,” “Call of Duty: Black Ops,” and “Diablo 3” in the pantheon of best-selling games.

The game originally launched on February 25, 2022, and received a major expansion, “Shadow of the Erdtree,” on June 21. Since then, 30 million players across both PC and console have ventured into The Lands Between. This milestone is particularly noteworthy given the game’s challenging nature, which players eagerly embraced despite knowing the difficulty ahead.

Commercially and critically, “Elden Ring” has received immense praise. Both the initial release and its DLC garnered positive reviews.
