On top of that, we also explored some of the key highlights from the Pokémon Presents showcase, pondering over the exciting new developments. And, in a bittersweet moment, we paid our respects to the Nemesis system. This innovative tech, once a jewel in Monolith’s crown, enabled thrilling and ever-evolving battles with orcs in their Middle-earth games. Unfortunately, the news came in that Monolith has been shut down by Warner Bros. this week, making the memories of this system even more poignant.
